David Guetta always puts me in a chipper mood and I couldn’t find a better way to set the tone for the week than his latest collab with The Bieb. Personally, I’m looking forward to the upcoming albums from the likes of Guetta and Tiësto whose latest (“Carry You Home”) is in this playlist as well. Be on the lookout: Wraith Yoshi has something about the French DJ in the works! I close this with a series of songs from the deliberately burlesque French rapper Vald who just released his debut album, Agartha.
I wrote as kid. (I'd die if you'd ever get your hands on those poems.) And I wrote as a teen. (We thought our raps would spearhead revolution.) I write these days to share my joys and perspectives. I am as subjective as they come. I found a bunch of blessed souls that are just as expressive. And Africa is all the better for it. (I think I never really changed.)
